About the Job We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at blithequark. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate clearly with stakeholders across the organization. Your technical expertise, combined with your excellent communication and project management skills, will enable you to drive business growth and deliver results. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Designers to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, visualization, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying and acting on opportunities to drive growth Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including engineers, product managers, and business leaders Communicate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders, including executives and business leaders Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical programs Experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects, with a proven track record of delivering results Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and visualization Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we prefer candidates with: At least 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, including technical and non-technical individuals Experience in technical program or project management roles, with a focus on driving business growth and delivering results Strong experience in identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders inside and outside of the organization to drive impact and work towards shared goals Excellent insightful, data perception, and decisive reasoning abilities Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
