About the Role We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. As a Technical Program Manager at blithequark, you will utilize your technical expertise to drive project planning, risk management, and stakeholder communication. You will work closely with cross-functional partners to design requirements, identify risks, and develop project plans that meet business needs. Your excellent analytical, data perception, and problem-solving skills will enable you to drive process improvements and make data-driven decisions that impact our business. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Designers to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, identify, and act on opportunities to drive growth, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data Communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and partners Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management 3 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL Excellent analytical, data perception, and problem-solving skills Preferred Qualifications 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, including both technical and non-technical individuals 3 years of experience in technical program or project management roles Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams to achieve project goals Career Growth and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
