**The Role**

As a Technical Customer Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to problem solver for our clients. You'll be responsible for resolving phone, email, and chat support tickets, reporting bugs, and collaborating with other departments to create the best customer experience possible. You'll be at the center of all the action, working closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with the support they need to succeed.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Resolve phone, email, and chat support tickets in a timely and efficient manner
* Report bugs and collaborate with our development team to resolve issues
* Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with the support they need to succeed
* Collaborate with other departments to create the best customer experience possible
* Provide technical support and training to our clients
* Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and developments

**Essential Qualifications**

* Technical proficiency with iOS, Android, and web applications
* Experience in technical support or a help desk environment (SaaS experience a plus)
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
* Excellent communication skills – you'll be working with clients of all technical levels
* An eye for detail and a strong team spirit – you'll be working independently but will always have your team's back
* A natural sense of empathy and patience to help users resolve their issues
* Fun to be around – because we believe work should have a little bit of fun, too

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in the door-to-door sales industry (you'll have insider knowledge of our clients)
* Prior experience in customer-facing roles like call centers, help desks, or tech support
* Creative problem-solving skills and a knack for thinking outside the box
* An interest in continuous learning – a Product Specialist who is fast, effective, and proactively solves problems before they appear will really thrive here
