As a Technical Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing prompt, efficient, and detailed service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media.
* Being a voice and advocate for our customers, ensuring their concerns are heard and addressed in a timely and professional manner.
* Working closely with customers to understand their needs and preferences, providing personalized solutions to resolve their issues and maximize their investments in arenaflex products.
* Identifying areas for improvement and reporting them to leadership, suggesting innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a consistent and highest-quality level of support across all customer touchpoints.
* Developing in-depth knowledge of arenaflex products and features, staying up-to-date with new releases and updates.
* Handling various contact types, including inbound and outbound voice calls, email, chat, and social media interactions with customers.
* Participating in product launches and special events, providing support and troubleshooting assistance to customers.

**Requirements**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a technical support environment.
* A flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, to meet the needs of our global customer base.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Nice-to-Haves**

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as business, communications, or computer science.
* 1+ years of customer service experience in a technical support environment.
