About the Role
As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their requests, resolving issues, and providing guidance on everything from order and product questions to payment matters and website navigation. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met. Your goal will be to prevent issues, solve queries, and delight our customers, and you'll be empowered to do so with the training and support you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and courteous manner
Provide product information, order status, and website guidance to customers
Use various tools and resources to navigate, research, and review solutions
Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
Work collaboratively with other teams to resolve customer issues
Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
Working Hours and Schedule
This role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. You'll work late evening and day shifts, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, and your schedule will include a mix of weekdays and weekends. You may be required to work on national holidays and Sundays, and you'll be compensated accordingly. Schedules will be known 6 weeks in advance to ensure that your personal life can plan well around your work. You'll learn more about your exact schedule closer to your start date.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following qualifications and requirements:
Minimum age: 18 years old
Right to work in the Netherlands
Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
Experience working with a computer
Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
Quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
Preferred Qualifications
Previous customer service experience
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
