Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop and implement strategic sourcing strategies for professional services, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
Lead cross-functional sourcing initiatives, evaluating suppliers and experts based on pre-determined selection criteria
Develop and lead RFI/RFP processes for professional services, analyzing bids and negotiating contracts to achieve the best possible value
Prepare and execute clear, fact-based negotiation strategies, utilizing Strategic Sourcing methodology
Manage post-award administration, ensuring compliance with Sourcing and Procurement regulations and best practices
Analyze market trends and conditions, identifying opportunities to optimize supplier relationships and improve overall value
Participate in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
5+ years of strategic sourcing experience, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in services category sourcing
Ability to engage with and establish relationships with personnel at all levels
Strong strategic agility, analytical skills, and negotiation abilities
Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in a team environment
Internal client focus, with the ability to work in various environments and handle ambiguity
Knowledge of Sourcing & Procurement processes, basic legal terms & conditions, and entertainment industry trends and conditions
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
Experience working with and/or for companies that offer consulting and advisory services
Professional Services Sourcing background is a plus
Consulting/Advisory background is a plus
Education
A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field is required.
