Why This Role MattersPatientNow is scaling a multi-product platform across fast-growing vertical SaaS markets including medspas, plastic surgery centers, wellness clinics, and aesthetics practices.We need a VP of Sales who can:Own the sales function end-to-end, including acquisition, upsell, and multi-product expansionLead leaders across SDRs, AEs, Expansion, and product specialistsBuild and scale modelable, high-velocity sales motions with strong operating disciplineDrive forecast accuracy, execution consistency, and accountabilityPartner deeply with Marketing, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, and RevOpsCreate the systems, standards, and culture that support predictable, customer-centered growthThis role is critical to PatientNowâs next phase of growth and revenue predictability.What Youâll DoSales Strategy and Executive OwnershipOwn sales performance across all segments and motionsLead and develop senior sales leaders and managersDefine segmentation, territories, coverage models, and sales operating plansPartner with the CRO and RevOps on quotas, capacity models, and compensation designServe as a core GTM leader in company planning, forecasting, and prioritizationSales Narrative, Value, and Deal LeadershipOwn and continuously refine the sales pitch and value narrative by segment and deal motionEnsure teams clearly articulate ROI, efficiency gains, and workflow impact for SMB and multi-location operatorsSet standards for discovery, demos, and executive-level customer conversationsLead and support complex, high-impact deals as neededExecution, Coaching, and Operating RigorBuild a performance culture grounded in preparation, accountability, and data-driven executionEstablish and inspect weekly, monthly, and quarterly operating rhythmsReview calls, pipelines, and deals, coaching managers and reps from real examplesPartner with RevOps to strengthen funnel health, inspection, and forecast accuracyCross-Functional GTM LeadershipAlign closely with Marketing on ICP definition, messaging, and demand qualityPartner with Onboarding and Customer Success on seamless handoffs and expansion motionsBring structured field insights to Product to inform roadmap and packaging decisionsInfluence lifecycle plays that drive adoption, retention, and account growthTeam and Culture LeadershipBuild, mentor, and retain a strong bench of sales leaders and future executivesModel ownership, clarity, humility, and strong judgmentBalance strategic leadership with hands-on involvement, including joining customer and internal callsFoster trust and alignment across the GTM organizationYouâre a Great Fit IfâŚYou have 12â15+ years of sales leadership experience in SaaS or vertical softwareYou have led leaders, managing managers in high-growth environmentsYou have scaled teams in fast-paced, private equity- or VC-backed companiesYou have grown a business from approximately $20â40M to $80â100M+You have personally led a sales organization through a significant scale phase and can point to specific operating decisions you owned that materially improved growth, consistency, and revenue predictability.You can operate seamlessly at both strategic and tactical levelsYou understand how to sell to SMB and multi-location operators, including practice owners and providersYou have built and scaled outbound, inbound, and account-based sales teamsYou have driven performance across both acquisition and expansion motionsYou stay close to the work, joining calls, reviewing deals, and coaching directlyYou lead with clarity, consistency, humility, and strong judgmentYou build strong partnerships across Sales, Customer Success, Onboarding, Product, Marketing, and RevOpsIndustry experience in aesthetics, wellness, or adjacent verticals is a strong plusYou are willing to travel to team meetings, customer visits, and company events as needed, approximately 30% of the time What We OfferCompetitive OTE with meaningful equity401(k) with company matchComprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefitsGenerous PTO and paid holidaysOpportunity to scale a multi-motion sales organization at a pivotal growth stageHybrid or remote flexibilityA culture grounded in ownership, transparency, and customer centricityThe chance to influence how thousands of aesthetic and wellness practices grow and operatePhysical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
