Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating client needs, demonstrating empathy and care in all interactions, and proactively identifying and resolving potential help issues. Focus on the customer by providing a warm and welcoming greeting, staying in touch, and offering assistance finding additional items when required. Accurately perform clerk duties, handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while following company policies and procedures. Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, checking in vendors, updating pricing information, and completing inventory management tasks as directed by the supervisor. Support opening and closing store activities when required, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation. Provide customer assistance to all departments, including photo and beauty, ensuring facilities are fully stocked and functional while staying current with all updated services and tools. Assist pharmacy staff when required, including working regular rotations in the pharmacy as part of opportunities for growth and career development. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. The ability to remain standing on your feet for extended periods. The capacity to lift and apply up to 35 lbs of force occasionally, up to 10 lbs of force frequently, and a negligible amount of force routinely to move objects to and from, including overhead lifting. Visual acuity to perform activities such as viewing a workstation, reading, and visual inspection involving small parts/details. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred: Previous experience in a retail or customer support setting. A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with colleagues.
