About the Role We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a remote employee, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, providing support to customers and advisors via phone, email, and web. This is a 40-hour per week position with a variable reduced hour schedule that may require additional or fewer hours due to business needs. Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues, resolving them from start to finish or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is necessary. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance to customers navigating our online pharmacy platform, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience. Customer Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers, understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build trust and loyalty. Data Security and Compliance: Maintain adherence to our Work From Home policy, ensuring the security and confidentiality of customer information. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18 years of age or older). Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience. Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written communication skills. Computer Skills: 6+ months of experience working with computer and web-based tools. Multitasking: Ability to multitask with phone and computer skills.
