**The Role**
As a Remote Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and empathy
* Managing customer accounts and providing technical support
* Entering application data accurately and efficiently
* Responding to online chat inquiries in a timely and helpful manner
* Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies
* Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues
* Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
* Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates
* Extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 18 years of age or older
* A dedicated, private, and secure workspace
* A personal device with a functioning camera required for the Training Period
* A commitment to full attendance for the paid 3-week Training period
* A minimum internet speed of 35 mb/s with an ethernet connection
* Cable/Fiber Broadband Internet with a hard-wired ethernet connection is required (not compatible with mobile internet service providers and/or satellites)
* A high level of comfort learning new technology
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* A high level of professionalism
* Self-motivation and a success-driven attitude
**Qualifications**
While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance or the Affordable Care Act, is a plus. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is also desirable.
