**Key Responsibilities:**

- Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and systems
- Review and verify data for errors or discrepancies
- Maintain and update existing data records
- Prepare reports as requested by the management team
- Follow data privacy and confidentiality guidelines
- Organize and file digital and paper documents
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure data accuracy

**Essential Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong typing and data entry skills (minimum 40 wpm)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with data management software is a plus

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business administration, computer science)
- Previous experience in data entry or a related field
