We're committed to building a positive and motivating work environment, and we're looking for self-driven and success-oriented individuals who share our vision. **Key Responsibilities** As a Spanish Bilingual Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Handling inbound and outbound calls with a high level of professionalism and customer service * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support to resolve issues and answer questions * Entering application data accurately and efficiently * Responding to online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Utilizing creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues * Managing time and tasks effectively, prioritizing multiple projects and updates * Completing extensive self-study, training, and testing to ensure eligibility for certifications and promotions * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * A high level of comfort learning new technology and adapting to changing projects and updates * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues * A high level of professionalism, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction * Comfort working from home and managing your time effectively * Self-motivation and a drive for success, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company **Preferred Experience** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles is a plus. Additionally, experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, the Affordable Care Act, or CRM systems and practices can be beneficial.
