About the Role



As a Field Executive, you will serve as the on-ground arm of the Verification & Service Delivery team. Your primary mission is to resolve stalled and unresponsive verification cases by conducting direct visits to universities and educational institutions. You will engage with the right stakeholders, identify the root causes of delays, and drive each case toward a clear, actionable outcome. In this role, you turn inactivity into action, ensuring that verification requests move forward efficiently and professionally.



This is a part-time, Remote position with an output-driven work model. Field deployment occurs as needed, and you will enjoy flexible working hours that allow you to balance fieldwork with remote collaboration.



Key Responsibilities



Conduct physical visits to universities and educational institutions with stalled or unresponsive verification requests

Locate, engage, and follow up with the specific personnel responsible for processing each verification case

Identify and validate the root causes of delays, including missing documents, pending approvals, payment issues, and administrative bottlenecks

Drive cases toward clear outcomes by securing measurable progress, committed timelines, or full completion

Apply structured follow-up and escalation techniques to overcome delays and secure timely action

Build and maintain strong, professional working relationships with key institutional stakeholders, including registry offices, records departments, and faculty administrators

Secure verifiable commitments on next steps and expected completion timelines from institutional contacts

Provide detailed, accurate visit reports that document case status, bottlenecks encountered, actions taken, and recommended next steps

Capture and submit supporting evidence, documentation, and key contact information for each case

Collaborate closely with internal teams to prioritise high-impact cases and optimise visit efficiency



Required Skills and Experience



Fluency in English and French is required

Experience in field operations, verification, compliance, or education administration is preferred

Strong communication and persuasion skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively

High level of persistence and resilience when navigating bureaucratic environments

Professional assertiveness and confidence in advocating for case resolution

Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust quickly

Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce clear, comprehensive reports

Proven problem-solving ability with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset



Preferred Qualifications



Experience with international verifications is desirable but not mandatory

Understanding of African education systems and academic document formats

Additional certifications in quality assurance, compliance, or verification are a plus

Education



A Bachelor's degree in any discipline is required. Additional certifications in quality assurance, compliance, or verification are considered a plus.



Work Model and Requirements



This is an output-driven, part-time, remote role with flexible working hours. Field deployment will occur as needed based on case priorities. You must have access to a reliable laptop and stable internet connection to support remote collaboration and reporting.



Compensation



You will be compensated at a rate of $1 USD per verification completed. Travel expenses incurred during field visits will be reimbursed separately in accordance with company policy.
