As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be a vital part of our team, delivering an amazing customer experience and helping us achieve our mission. **Job Summary** We're seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Spanish-speaking Remote Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving customer inquiries, and providing technical support. If you're a self-driven, customer-focused individual with a passion for delivering outstanding service, we want to hear from you. **Responsibilities** As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering the highest level of customer service experience consistently * Managing customer accounts and providing technical support * Application Data Entry * Online chat inquiries as assigned * Interpreting and following defined procedures and policies * Creative problem-solving skills * Flexibility and adaptability to changing projects and updates * Time and task management (multitasking and task prioritization) * Extensive self-study, training, and testing are required; eligibility to proceed through training and certifications is dependent upon passing required exams * Adhering to regulated guidelines for communications via all channels **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you'll need: * Moderate to Advanced computer skills * High level of comfort learning new technology * High level of professionalism * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable working from home * Self-motivated and success-driven **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, previous experience in customer support or technical support roles, as well as experience with Group and/or Individual health insurance, or the Affordable Care Act, would be an asset.
