Role and Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining efficient distribution center operations by handling various warehouse tasks with focus and energy.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting, moving, and organizing inventory.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following safety policies and procedures.
• Support order fulfillment by picking, packing, and shipping merchandise accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
• Utilize warehouse equipment safely and effectively to support operational needs.
Required Skills and Experience:
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to safety and compliance standards.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Starting pay at $19.00 per hour plus $1.00 shift differential for shifts starting after 2 PM.
• Flexible overtime options and annual merit increases with a max rate of $25.00 plus shift differential.
• $500 referral bonus program.

• Paid time off (PTO) eligibility after 180 days for full-time Associates working an average of 35 hours/week.
