Utilize established sales strategies to close deals effectively and convey proper expectations to ensure customers are prepared for subsequent stages in the installation cycle.
THD Process and Policy (20%): Identify and address customer, contractor, and Home Depot Partner issues as soon as possible, ensuring prompt resolution and minimizing potential disruptions.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
A background in sales, with a proven track record of driving growth and delivering results
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and PC capability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
