About the Role This is a unique opportunity to work on the cutting-edge spaces of HR Service Delivery, Customer Service Management, and Legal Service Delivery. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative solutions that drive business capabilities and operational improvements. You will collaborate with a skilled team of engineers to identify, plan, and deliver technology and process solutions that meet the evolving needs of Starbucks. Key Responsibilities Contribute to the design, implementation, support, and expansion of our ServiceNow platform, focusing on HRSD, CSM, and LSD capabilities. Drive continuous improvement through structure, workflow, reporting, and automation enhancements across the HRSD, CSM, and LSD suites. Upgrade, maintain, and support existing integrations with other IT tools and systems. Provide high-quality support and documentation for all users of the ServiceNow platform. Create and maintain standard reports and dashboards to inform business decisions. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have: 2+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, with a strong understanding of HRSD, CSM, and LSD capabilities. Strong communication skills , with the ability to build effective relationships within and outside Starbucks. The capacity to communicate clearly and succinctly, both orally and in writing, as a champion for the platform. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills , with a proven ability to design practical solutions. Demonstrated success working within an Agile development environment. 1-4 years of professional industry experience with software development. A four-year college education in Software Engineering or a related field. Preferred Qualifications To stand out, you should have: Experience implementing and improving HRSD, CSM, and LSD. Experience with UI developer, configurable workspaces, and Administration Portal. Experience using and integrating with other common IT tools like PagerDuty, Teams, and Slack.
