**Experienced Senior Statistics Architect – Voice of the Customer Method Transformation and Innovation**

As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. **Join the Crew at blithequark and Lead the Way** With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider space, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40 studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll work closely with our teams to drive innovation and transformation in this critical area. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assist in the improvement and preservation of the new Voice of the Customer technique sourced from Cornerstone and integrated with the survey and dashboard platform hosted through Qualtrics, our survey seller. * Collaborate intensely with product and process owners, concern matter specialists from Qualtrics, and the Agile team in technology to drive innovation and transformation. * Work closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs. * Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform. * Design and build robust data model architecture to aid in fulfilling statistics processing and standardized metric definitions. * Develop and deliver big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring data quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels. * Provide pointers to beautify competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. * Power customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools. * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency. * Work closely with companions from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique. **Essential and Preferred Qualifications:** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data pushed tasks for a span of no less than 3 years. * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables. * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at everyday intervals to business groups. * Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and business intelligence. * Experience with data visualization tools and techniques. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. **Skills and
