As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in transforming and innovating our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method. You'll work closely with our product and process owners, as well as our agile technology team, to design and implement a robust data model architecture that enables data-driven decision making. Your expertise in data analysis, statistics, and data visualization will help us unlock new insights and drive business growth. **About the Role** We're seeking an experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll be responsible for: * Collaborating with our utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements * Growing knowledge of VOC methods and leveraging them to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform * Designing and building robust data model architecture to support high-performance statistics processing and standardized metric definitions * Developing and delivering innovative solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) * Providing guidance on optimizing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Powering customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools * Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve efficiency **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements * Grow knowledge of VOC methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance statistics processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and deliver innovative solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) * Provide guidance on optimizing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong understanding of data analysis, statistics, and data visualization principles * Excellent communication and collaboration skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies * Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques * Experience with agile project management methodologies **Work Environment and Company Culture** At arenaflex, we prioritize our colleagues' and their loved ones' well-being.
