About the job:
As a Senior Campus Recruiter, you’ll represent United Airlines on university campuses, connecting with tomorrow’s talent and shaping the future of our workforce. You’ll craft meaningful relationships with students and university stakeholders, turning campus visits into career opportunities while showcasing what makes United a great place to launch a career. Beyond recruiting, you’ll play a key role in bringing our summer intern program to life - creating an experience that develops emerging talent and turns interns into future United employees.
Core accountabilities / key responsibilities:
Partner closely with hiring managers and university career centers to understand needs, share insights about campus trends, and develop targeted recruitment strategies that work.
Design innovative approaches to connect with students, from hosting engaging campus events to leveraging new platforms and techniques that resonate with today’s candidates.
Act as a strategic talent advisor, using your understanding of the early career talent landscape and trends to help inform recruitment strategies and support informed hiring decisions.
Provide a seamless, high-touch experience with both hiring managers and candidates – screen and interview candidates, advise on hiring decisions, and craft compelling offers that reflect both the role and the candidate’s potential.
Coordinate learning opportunities, networking events, and other meaningful activities that give interns real exposure to United’s business while building a pipeline of future talent.
Maintain accurate records, track key recruiting metrics, and ensure every step of the process meets compliance standards and reflects our commitment to doing things right.

The base pay range for this role is $81,795.00 to $106,602.00.
