Job Overview The Senior Director, Global Head of Adversarial Abuse and Analytics will play a critical role in leading the development and implementation of strategies to combat adversarial abuse and promote online safety. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, and policy development, to identify and mitigate potential threats. Key Responsibilities Lead the Adversarial Abuse team in identifying and eliminating malicious actors attempting to compromise user accounts, spread spam, and engage in other forms of abuse Develop and implement effective strategies to combat emerging threats, including the use of machine learning and data analytics to inform decision-making Collaborate with the Policy Development team to create and enforce policies that promote online safety and prevent abuse Work closely with engineering teams to design and implement tools and systems that can detect and prevent abuse at scale Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to inform product development and policy decisions Lead and manage a team of analysts and engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful execution of projects and initiatives Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including cross-functional teams, external partners, and industry experts Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, mathematics, statistics) At least 4 years of experience in risk management, data analysis, or a related field 2 years of experience working with engineering teams to design and implement tools and systems that can detect and prevent abuse at scale 2 years of experience leading teams and managing projects, with a proven track record of driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders Preferred Qualifications Advanced degree in a related field (e.g., master's or Ph.D.) Experience working in the tech industry, with a focus on online safety and abuse prevention Knowledge of machine learning and data analytics, with experience working with large datasets and developing predictive models Experience working with SQL, R, or other programming languages Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading and managing high-performing teams Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to drive results and inform decision-making Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
