With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. We're looking for a talented individual who can help us transform and innovate our VOC methodology, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and data analytics to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate with utility teams to outline, design, and implement business requirements for the VOC methodology * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within the Cornerstone large data platform * Design and build robust data model architecture to support high-performance data processing and standardized metric definitions * Develop and implement large-scale data analytics and batch/real-time analytical solutions leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels * Provide guidance to improve competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems * Power customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing and building automation tools * Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and productivity * Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique **Essential Qualifications** * Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3+ years * Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables * Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups * Strong understanding of data analytics, data modeling, and data visualization * Excellent communication and collaboration skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data governance * Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies * Familiarity with data science and machine learning concepts * Certification in data science, data engineering, or related fields **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our colleagues grow and develop their careers.
