Your Role and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Relationship Builder: Develop and foster strong relationships with stakeholders, from operational teams to executives, ensuring a shared vision of success and aligning our solutions with their business objectives. Technology Business Management Expert: Learn and master the TBM value management framework and our product offerings to understand how they can be leveraged to provide business value, drive user adoption, and exceed customer expectations. Execution Leader: Understand and document customer process workflows, develop and maintain roadmaps and success plans in collaboration with customers, and ensure all relevant metrics reflect customer health, while developing plans to mitigate risks and seize opportunities. Strategic Advisor: Partner with clients to understand their unique challenges and build, agree, and coach them to deliver against their success plans, ensuring achievement of roadmap targets and driving business value. Business Translator: Work closely with business and operational teams to transform requirements into actionable plans that drive value and adoption, while representing customer needs and concerns internally. Problem Solver: Proactively identify potential issues, coordinate cross-functionally to troubleshoot and resolve them in a timely manner, and ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Required Technical and Professional Expertise To excel in this role, you will possess: Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment, delivering against operational metrics focused on outcomes, value, adoption, and renewal, upsell, and expansion. Capability as an influencer, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels within enterprise customers. Extensive experience managing a demanding portfolio of customers, driving customer value and adoption through use case and roadmap execution. Proven experience identifying and addressing adoption risks and opportunities, with a creative and hands-on approach to managing customers and addressing challenges. Excellent organization, program/project/time management, and communication skills, with fluency in English and Italian, and any additional languages considered a distinct benefit. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, with a willingness to innovate and improve the way arenaflex serves its customers. Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise While not required, the following qualifications and experience are highly desirable: B.A. or B.S. in a technology, engineering, or business-related discipline. Solid experience as a CSM or Technical Account Manager in a SaaS organization. Experience within IT Finance and/or Technology departments, including Digital teams and the Cloud Center of Excellence. Experience with analytics and big data insights, as well as positioning or selling software and/or services within the software industry. One or more of the following knowledge areas is a plus: PMP and/or Agile Methodology certification, Apptio product knowledge, TBMA certification, FinOps certification, or AWS/Azure/GCP practitioner certification.
