**Experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst – Customer Success & Enablement**

We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Application Services Leadership Team and support our Customer Success organization. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in providing systems and processes to ensure successful onboarding, adoption, operational effectiveness, support, and retention of arenaflex customers throughout their journey. **About the Role:** As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll work closely with cross-functional departments to uncover business needs and understand how to best leverage our core customer-lifecycle management systems. You'll support business strategy development for our services teams, manage mapping, documenting, and implementing customer success processes, and prepare preliminary project documentation pertinent to business objectives. Your responsibilities will include: * Partnering with cross-functional departments to uncover business needs and understand how to best leverage our core customer-lifecycle management systems such as Gainsight, Salesforce, Workday, etc. * Supporting business strategy development for the services teams and managing mapping, documenting, and implementing customer success processes * Preparing preliminary project documentation pertinent to business objectives, summarizing the goals of the business process change and expected business benefit, which are then used as inputs to functional design * Analyzing different technology solutions/approaches, which may include reviews of different market solutions and/or internal solutions; recommending best practice-driven approaches * Developing and prioritizing user stories to drive system requirements, aligned with and enabling business process change; engaging with application teams in discussions to ensure technical design meets functional objectives in Azure Dev Ops (ADO) * Participating in sprint planning, design reviews, and sprint reviews to ensure that business processes are properly supported; responsible for updating proposed workflows * Performing data review/audits, identifying specific performance improvement opportunities (system performance, functional performance, user performance, etc.) * Facilitating successful testing and launch activities, including UAT, Regression testing, and internal/external readiness and change management **What You'll Bring:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 5+ years of professional experience in Business Analysis, preferably in a role focused on Customer Success and Enablement utilizing Salesforce-related technologies and solution design * Strong understanding and experience with Salesforce and Customer Success technology; Coveo Enterprise Search, Docebo LMS, and Gainsight experience preferred * Strong understanding or experience with process definition methodologies * Familiarity with application tracking analytics and processes (MixPanel, Heap) * Knowledge of Azure Dev Ops (ADO) and SAFe, Agile, or Scrum Methodologies * Highly proficient with Microsoft Visio and/or other modeling tools * Knowledge of data analysis to support proposed process definition, monitor adherence, and communicate performance results * Ability to deliver work that meets minimum standards of quality, security, and operability **What We Offer:** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
