Job Summary In this exciting role, you will work closely with the arenaflex IT information designing and examination groups to carry out and maintain data framework conditions that support the organization's goals. As a Senior Investigation Designer, you will team up with a cross-functional group of data analysts, BI engineers, system administrators, and data consumers to deliver performance insights across arenaflex Health. Your expertise will be essential in driving the delivery of arenaflex Health data and insights, supporting long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing activities, and designing, developing, and delivering layered databases and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics projects. Key Responsibilities Administer the delivery of arenaflex Health data and insights, driving activities and initiatives to meet the organization's goals Support long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet arenaflex Health reporting and analytics expectations Design, develop, and deliver layered databases and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics projects Create data organizing and pre-processing principles for populating coherent and actual data models attached to report-specific working tables for both project business intelligence and pre-defined reporting solutions Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and third-party files Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare datasets (e.g., member eligibility, clinical claims, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS files) Develop internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data processing, QA, data validation, etc.) Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts Experience designing and delivering properly isolated data environments using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake Experience providing thought leadership and presenting tool-agnostic semantic data layer enhancements related to BI technology platforms like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal stakeholders, clients, and vendor partners At least 3 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace At least 3 years of direct management, indirect management, and/or cross-functional team leadership Willingness to travel up to 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) Preferred Qualifications Certified Analytics Professional (CAP) Experience with pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
