Remote Clerical Assistant

Key Objectives • Provide comprehensive clerical support to ensure seamless office operations. • Assist in maintaining accurate records and managing correspondence. • Support team members by handling a variety of administrative tasks efficiently and professionally. Responsibilities • Manage and organize incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail. • Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring easy access and confidentiality. • Prepare, format, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations as needed. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. • Support inventory management of office supplies and place orders when necessary. • Assist with data entry and updating databases to ensure accuracy and completeness. • Collaborate with various departments to support special projects and administrative needs. • Perform other clerical duties as assigned to support the team and company goals. Requirements & Qualifications • High school diploma or equivalent. • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Spanish language skills are an advantage. • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently as well as part of a team. • Discretion and ability to handle confidential information professionally. • Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
