**Experienced Senior Analytics Engineer – Data Insights and Business Intelligence Development**

Our team of passionate professionals is united by a shared vision of creating a healthier, more connected world. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Senior Analytics Engineer to join our team of data experts, BI engineers, and framework leaders. As a key member of our cross-functional team, you'll collaborate with stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain data foundation conditions that empower report automation for our Medical Services Quality Improvement program. Your expertise will help drive business insights and inform strategic decisions across arenaflex. **Key Responsibilities** * Direct the delivery of arenaflex's healthcare data and insights-driven initiatives and projects * Uphold long-term and ad-hoc data ETL and data warehousing activities to meet arenaflex's healthcare reporting and analytics requirements * Plan, create, and deploy layered data sets and data pipelines to support reporting and analytics projects * Develop data modeling and pre-processing principles for populating sensible and accurate data models attached to report-specific working tables for both enterprise business intelligence and pre-defined reporting arrangements * Apply data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to integrate large datasets from various internal arenaflex production system sources and external records * Perform data profiling and data analysis across internal production systems, manually maintained data, and standard healthcare data collections (e.g., patient segmentation, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records) * Create internal tools for automation of all development-related activities (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.) **Essential Capabilities** * Proven, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts * Experience designing and delivering intelligently isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or Snowflake * Experience providing technical leadership and presenting device rationalist semantic data layer enhancements connected with BI technology stage like PowerBI, Tableau, or Looker * Strong verbal and written communication skills with technical teams, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners * At least 2 years of experience contributing to business decisions in the workplace * At least 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, or cross-functional team leadership experience **Preferred Capabilities** * Certified Data Management Certified Professional (CDMP) * Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research concepts **What We Offer** * Competitive hourly rate of $30/hour * Opportunity to work with a dynamic team of data experts and innovators * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage * Generous paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Senior Analytics Engineer looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply to this exciting opportunity.
