Job Overview We are seeking talented and experienced Seasonal Customer Support Representatives to join our team at arenaflex for a 3-month contract period. As a Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our users receive exceptional support and have a positive experience with our products. Main Responsibilities Monitor incoming messages via email and chat channels, responding to user inquiries and concerns in a professional and empathetic manner. Collaborate with other teams and colleagues to resolve issues and turn potentially negative customer interactions into positive experiences. Handle user feedback with accuracy, compassion, and responsiveness, ensuring that our users feel valued and supported. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple conversations simultaneously. What We Are Looking For To be successful in this role, you should have: Experience working with email and chat channels, with a strong understanding of customer support principles and practices. Location in the following time zones: GMT+8, GMT+3, GMT+2, with flexibility to work shifts (2/2 day, mid or night rotation). Excellent customer service skills, including empathy, accuracy, compassion, responsiveness, and resourcefulness. Fluency in written English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle routine tasks under stress, remaining organized and composed in a fast-paced environment. Self-motivation and a willingness to thrive in an ever-changing environment, with a strong desire to learn and grow. Tech-savviness, with attention to detail and a basic understanding of mobile products and technology. 1-3+ years of experience in technical support, customer support, or a similar role, with experience working with mobile products being a plus. Essential Qualifications In addition to the above requirements, you should: Be willing to complete a test assignment and respond to additional questions as part of our hiring process. Be available to work for a 3-month contract period, with the potential for extension or conversion to a longer-term position.
