As a Salesforce Data Entry professional at arenaflex, you will play a crucial role in helping us serve the world in philanthropy by researching and entering data on the Salesforce.com CRM platform. This is a part-time, flexible remote position that offers the opportunity to work with a diverse, global team representing over 25 cultures and gain experience with a Tech for Good nonprofit. Key Responsibilities Data entry to Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Proper pulldown labeling of data within Salesforce for tracking and analysis Researching clients and partners' contact information using our tools, such as Spokeo and Snov.io Researching clients' and partners' bios and entering the information into Salesforce With proven success and a positive attitude, taking on special projects to contribute to the growth and development of the organization Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent training, with a strong GPA and commitment to intellectual rigor Strong data entry experience, preferably with Salesforce Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are desirable: Previous experience working with a nonprofit organization or in a philanthropic role Familiarity with CRM platforms and data management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a global team Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
