**Job Description**
As an experienced Sales Support Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in driving sales and revenue growth through our chat-based sales platform. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with customers via chat, encouraging them to place orders and closing sales directly on the chat. You'll also be responsible for adding leads to your account, which will be assigned to a sales manager for follow-up via phone calls.
