About the Role We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative - Airbnb to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and recruiting hosts for our growing hospitality business. The ideal candidate will possess a deep knowledge of the Airbnb platform and exceptional networking abilities. Key Responsibilities Researching and identifying potential hosts for our Airbnb properties Reaching out to potential hosts via email, phone, or social media Conducting initial conversations to gauge interest and suitability Managing ongoing communications to ensure a smooth onboarding process Coordinating with the onboarding team to facilitate training and integration Maintaining a database of potential and current co-hosts Monitoring and responding to inquiries from potential co-hosts Collaborating with the marketing team to develop outreach strategies Providing regular updates and reports on recruitment progress What Will You Need to Succeed?
