Job Overview The Sales Analytics team at blithequark plays a vital role in driving business growth by providing account-level insights and recommendations to our account directors. As a Sales Analytics and Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources, identifying trends, and presenting findings to support business decisions. This is a full-time, remote opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $25/hour, working 8 hours a day, and is based in Texas, USA. Key Responsibilities Collect data from various sources, including but not limited to, Record Administrators, Salesforce, and blithequark databases Research and verify the integrity of third-party data Scour and design data, converting it into a system-compatible format Support Account Directors with meeting requests and requirements Utilize Salesforce to update account details, upload data, and manage tasks Participate in ad-hoc projects and analysis requests Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support ongoing business decisions or initiatives Develop presentations with analytical results into actionable recommendations for all levels of management Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a related field Proficient written and verbal communication skills The ability to work independently and as part of a team The capacity to prioritize multiple tasks and complete projects with tight deadlines A detail-oriented approach with a sense of urgency A professional appearance and demeanor Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following skills and experiences are preferred: Experience with data analysis and sales insights Knowledge of Salesforce and other CRM systems Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities Experience with presentation software and data visualization tools Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At blithequark, we are committed to providing our employees with equal opportunities for learning and self-improvement.
