Experienced Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist – Behavioral Health Revenue Cycle Operations

**Job Summary**
As a Revenue Cycle Data Entry Specialist at careerzynith, you'll play a vital role in supporting our professional behavioral health revenue cycle operations. You'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our electronic health record (EHR) systems, including Qualifact's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, and Meditech's EHR system. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work independently will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our data entry processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Enter data accurately and efficiently into our EHR systems, including Qualifact's CareLogic, Netsmart's myEvolv, and Meditech's EHR system
* Review and analyze credit balances on claims with complicated scenarios and suggest claim actions to be taken
* Perform adjustments for claims with credit balances
* Review denials for timely filing and enter appropriate reasons to be submitted for writeoff approval
* Perform claim actions for claims approved for write off
* Perform claim actions specially in bulk as identified by claims specialists
* Perform claim actions on secondary claims satisfied by primary payers
* Perform Quality Assurance tasks on your own work and reporting
* Collaborate with our claims specialists to ensure accurate and timely data entry
* Stay up-to-date with changing regulations and guidelines affecting revenue cycle operations
**Essential Qualifications**
* High School diploma or GED required
* Minimum of one year of data entry experience
* Previous experience successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders with a consistent track record of delivering on time, and/or high-quality results preferred
* Experience working with Google Sheets, Excel Spreadsheets, drafting emails is vital
* Experience working with CareLogic EHR is essential
* Experience working remotely and communicating through email and Google Chat is important
* Experience with Massachusetts Medicaid products is important
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience with outpatient Behavioral Health insurance coverage
* Experience working with Netsmart's myEvolv EHR system
* Experience with Meditech's EHR system
