Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Customer Service Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert advice, guidance, and support to help them find the perfect products and solutions. You'll work closely with your store team members to create a seamless and personalized experience for every customer, ensuring that they leave our store feeling inspired, informed, and satisfied.

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Customer Service Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:


Discovering customers' needs and matching them with the right products and solutions
Providing expert advice, guidance, and support to customers, both in-store and over the phone
Working closely with your store team members to create a seamless and personalized experience for every customer
Maintaining visual merchandising and ensuring that our stores are always looking their best
Staying up-to-date with news about products and initiatives, and applying your learning in customer interactions
