**What You'll Be Doing Day to Day**
As a Retail Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for creating a positive customer experience by:
* Ensuring accurate transactions and/or orders, and recording information accurately to inform future improvements
* Meeting customers' needs, solving problems independently, and escalating to a manager when necessary
* Building loyalty by ensuring a positive customer journey during the shopping experience
* Building emotional connections through meaningful and empathetic interactions with customers
* Providing customers with a simple and efficient handout experience when scheduled in Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), and offering and selling services as needed
* Providing customers with a simple and smooth returns and exchange experience, while collecting high-quality data for follow-up when scheduled in returns
**Job Type – Permanent, Part Time**
We're looking for a flexible and dedicated individual to join our team on a permanent, part-time basis. As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll work a minimum of 20-34 hours per week, with weekend availability required.
