Call Center LPN – Family Practice (Remote Opportunity)

Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct telephonic clinical assessments using approved medical protocols and recommend appropriate levels of care based on clinical judgment and guidelines.
Process medication refill requests for over 140 APC providers, ensuring timely and efficient service.
Manage high-volume workflows, meeting standard metrics, quality, and KPI standards.
Respond to routine requests, using existing procedures and facts to solve problems and conduct analyses.

Requirements:
Current unrestricted LPN licensure in New York State.
Experience navigating patient charts in EMR and knowledge of Primary Care medications and prescribing protocols.

Basic knowledge of theories, practices, and procedures in a clinical setting.
Proven ability to perform routine or structured work and respond to standard requests.
