As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing sales and loans, and performing various store duties. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Retail Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service by greeting customers, interacting with customers in person and on the phone, and resolving customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner
* Processing sales, loans, and extensions in a timely and efficient manner
* Performing opening and closing store duties, including counting cash, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
* Working closely with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
* Maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services, including commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, and electronics
* Adhering to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations, including those related to customer service, sales, and store operations
