Position Summary As a Retail Beer Stocker, you will be part of our Merchandising Team, which supports our Sales & Delivery Departments by ensuring our products are up to date, our brands are well represented, and our presence stands out in top retailers nationwide. You will travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure products are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along your route. You will also help maintain relationships in the market by providing best-in-class service and developing our supplier brands. Key Responsibilities: Travel to grocery stores and other beverage outlets to ensure proper levels of our product are stocked, maintained, displayed, and rotated correctly in accounts along your route Transport product between backroom and display floor with manual equipment, such as pallet jack or hand truck Manage backroom by organizing and consolidating product Report backstock inventory levels Maintain relationships in the market by providing best-in-class service Other projects or duties as assigned Requirements and Qualifications: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as retail, merchandising, or sales Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Physical ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the beverage industry Merchandising or sales experience Ability to speak multiple languages Experience with inventory management and reporting Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical stamina to lift, push, and pull heavy objects Basic math skills and ability to accurately report inventory levels Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules What We Offer: At Workwarp, we offer a competitive compensation package and benefits, including: $21 per hour Overtime and monthly car and mileage reimbursement Competitive benefits: medical, dental, vision, vacation pay, and paid holidays 401k with employer match Opportunities for advancement into our sales, marketing, or delivery departments Independent field-based work environment with merchandising on a local route close to home Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits: At Workwarp, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
