**Key Responsibilities**
As a Remote Recruiter for Customer Service, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various customer service roles within arenaflex. Your primary duties will include:
* Conducting full-cycle recruiting for various positions within the organization, from initial candidate sourcing to final placement
* Sourcing and attracting candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking
* Reviewing resumes and applications to determine candidate qualifications and fit for the role
* Conducting phone screens and interviews to assess candidate fit and provide recommendations to hiring managers
* Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers to ensure timely placements
* Collaborating with hiring managers to understand position requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies
* Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
* Conducting reference checks and background screenings as needed
* Extending job offers and negotiating terms of employment
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (such as Business or Communications)
* Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
