We're looking for a detail-driven and patient-centered pharmacy technician to work from home as part of our remote operations team. As a Remote Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in powering the prescription journey from prescriber to patient with accuracy and care. About the Role
As a Remote Pharmacy Technician - Data Entry Specialist, you'll serve as the first line of digital contact, ensuring prescription orders are received, verified, and processed with precision. Your responsibilities will include:


Accurately entering, reviewing, and validating prescription and patient information
Utilizing PioneerRx and Pharmetika to maintain clear and compliant electronic records
Communicating with prescribers to clarify or obtain orders
Contacting patients regarding profile details, insurance coverage, and order status
Investigating and resolving rejected claims and third-party payer issues
Handling delays, copay discrepancies, and prescription interruptions with proactive communication
Managing a high volume of prescription entries with professionalism and urgency
Participating in rotating Saturday shifts (careerzynith is always closed on Sundays!)


What We're Looking For
We're seeking a talented pharmacy technician with technical knowledge and exceptional communication skills. Requirements include:


Minimum 2 years of experience as a pharmacy technician
Registration with the South Carolina Board of Pharmacy
National CPhT certification (preferred but not required)
Strong data entry and electronic prescription processing experience
Familiarity with PioneerRx and/or Pharmetika platforms (preferred)
Comfort working independently and collaboratively in a fully remote setup
Ability to work 40 hours per week with Saturday rotation
Overtime eligibility with prior supervisor approval
