Role Overview As a Part-Time Staff Pharmacist at CVS Health, you will play a critical role in delivering our purpose and modeling our values. You will be responsible for supporting the Pharmacy Manager in leading and directing our Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, as well as overseeing the operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. This includes patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management. Key Responsibilities Support the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy, including patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, and regulatory requirements Lead and direct Pharmacy Technician Support Staff, balancing assignments to maximize colleagues' strengths and address development opportunities Identify critical business opportunities and contribute to the development of meaningful solutions to drive growth and improve performance in your pharmacy Implement solutions and lead your team to achieve specified goals, adapting to change and adjusting plans to thrive in a dynamic community healthcare setting Keep customers and patients healthy through the adoption and management of patient care programs, demonstrating genuine, authentic care and compassion Motivate, inspire, and develop your Pharmacy Support Staff, promoting a 'team' culture that values caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Active Pharmacy License in the state in which you are employed Not on the DEA Excluded Parties List Immunization Certification through an accredited organization (i.e., APhA) Free of pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm.
