Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Brightway Insurance is seeking an experienced Property and Casualty Insurance Sales Producer. In this fully remote role for North Carolina residents, you'll be responsible for lead generation, providing exceptional customer service, and recommending suitable insurance policies to clients. Responsibilities Quote and sell insurance products to potential clients Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate recommendations Explain policy details, coverage limits, and exclusions to clients Assist clients in completing insurance applications and necessary paperwork Process policy changes, endorsements, and claims accurately and efficiently Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance policies Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for policies Skills A valid NC Property and Casualty resident insurance license - Required at time of application Must currently reside in the state of North Carolina 1-2 years of Insurance Sales Experience Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions Benefits Health Insurance 401K Comprehensive training program provided Three weeks Paid PTO Company Overview Brightway Insurance has re-invented the way people shop for insurance.
