Job Overview As a Remote Live Chat Specialist at blithequark, you will be the first point of contact for our online visitors, providing excellent customer service through our live chat platform. You will assist with inquiries, provide information about our services, and help resolve any issues they may have. The ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, a compassionate attitude, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to live chat inquiries from website visitors. Provide accurate information about blithequark services and programs. Assist clients with questions, concerns, and issues in a professional and empathetic manner. Document and escalate issues to the appropriate departments as needed. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services and programs offered by blithequark. Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met and provide additional support if necessary. Contribute to the improvement of live chat processes and protocols. Qualifications Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a remote setting. Excellent written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Proficiency with live chat software and CRM systems. High-speed internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free work environment. A passion for helping others and making a difference in the community. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the non-profit sector or with social services. Compensation is $49.00 - $80.00/hour.
