**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements**

To succeed as a Live Chat Support Agent at careerzynith, you'll need:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a live chat or call center environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
