As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' existing customers. You'll answer questions, resolve issues, and provide solutions to customers, all while working from the comfort of your own home. **Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
