**Job Description**

As a REMOTE Inbound Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for answering customer inquiries and resolving issues related to our clients' services and products. You will work independently, using your own computer and headset, to provide high-quality support to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Answering customer calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
* Providing product and service information to customers, as well as offering solutions and alternatives when necessary
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and issues
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve customer satisfaction

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Answer customer calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and effective manner
* Provide product and service information to customers, as well as offering solutions and alternatives when necessary

**Qualifications and Requirements:**

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Quiet home office environment or quiet workspace
* Computer with high-speed internet (Windows 7 or better)
* Working headset with microphone
* Ability to perform work without supervision
* Must be over 18 years of age

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Previous experience in customer service or sales
* Familiarity with Google Chrome browser and headset technology
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
