CivicScience is a consumer analytics and advertising platform seeking a versatile, creative Marketing & Communications Specialist to join their dynamic team. This entry-level role involves executing strategic marketing initiatives and communications strategies across the organization, focusing on consumer insights and visual storytelling.ResponsibilitiesContent & Design: Create high-impact, data-driven marketing collateral, including content development, layout, and visual appeal, aligned with brand standardsSocial Media Management: Own the day-to-day execution of CivicScience’s social media presence, creating engaging posts, designing infographics, and monitoring community interaction to drive brand awareness and polling responsesGraphic Design: Act as the primary internal resource for quick-turn design needs, producing visually appealing graphics that translate complex data into easy-to-understand charts and infographicsMedia & PR: Partner with the VP of Communications on content related to inbound & outbound media requestsSales Enablement: Collaborate with Sales & Client Success to build and refine client presentations and narrativesMarketing Operations: Manage marketing automation tools, maintain the company website, and the marketing calendarSkillsBachelor's degree with 1 - 2 years of marketing or media-related experience; advertising and/or ad tech skills are a plusStrong eye for visual design and layout.
