Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including: Gaining knowledge of RxClaim and participating in enterprise requirement determinations Checking out and documentation for Clinical Adjudication tasks and collaborating to discover the root reason for override issues Working on branch projects and PA sports in a timely manner to deliver high-quality results Supporting CAPAS carrier catalog offerings and incorporating progressive enhancements into all elements of the CAPAS operations Supporting implementation of patron PA documents during the Clinical overview part of the member statistics transition process You will be a progressive and collaborative team player, working on multiple tasks or projects associated with PAs, and demonstrating the ability to encourage change and drive alignment in a matrixed environment. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: 1-2 years of analytical experience working with large data sets for projects or trending/risk identification Strong analytical capabilities, with the ability to think strategically and demonstrate sound reasoning and judgment for CAPAS-associated tasks and projects Excellent verbal and organizational skills, with the ability to articulate complex/technical ideas to non-technical/lay users A self-motivated and effective attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: RxClaim experience, particularly adjudication associated with PA overrides Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to run queries in RxClaim or Data Warehouse Experience using MS Access database Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
