Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a remote data entry specialist, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our online interface, verifying data, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time, temporary-to-hire position, starting in March 2025, and requires you to live within Minnesota or Wisconsin.

Key Responsibilities

Consistently achieve both quality and production standards in data entry, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
Work independently and quietly with minimal supervision, utilizing your skills and experience to manage your workload effectively.
Develop a complete understanding of business rules and procedures, applying this knowledge to ensure compliance and high-quality results.
Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with arenaflex procedures, identifying and addressing any discrepancies or issues that may arise.
Ensure the confidentiality of all Personal Health Information (PHI), adhering to strict data protection policies and procedures.
Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes, contributing to the ongoing development and refinement of our data entry, collection, and retrieval systems.


Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning and development.
Previous high-volume data entry experience, preferably in a remote or home-based setting, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
Typing speed of 50+ words per minute (wpm) and 4500 keystrokes per hour (kph) with 95% accuracy, demonstrating exceptional keyboard skills and attention to detail.
Ability to quickly learn new systems and memorize hotkeys/shortcuts, adapting to our technology and processes with ease.
Personal desktop, PC, or laptop with a 10-key pad and mouse, meeting the technical requirements for remote data entry work.
Windows 8.1 or higher, ensuring compatibility with our systems and software.
Wi-Fi security with WPA2 protection or better, guaranteeing the security and integrity of our data and systems.
Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test, maintaining the high standards of integrity and professionalism expected at arenaflex.
Private office space that is not in a shared, common household area, providing a dedicated and distraction-free work environment.
Computer with a 10-key keypad and mouse, meeting the technical requirements for remote data entry work.
