[Remote] Litigation Associate - Employment Law

They are seeking a highly experienced Associate Attorney to manage various types of employment cases while collaborating with other attorneys to achieve the best results for clients. Responsibilities • Conducting legal research on various employment law issues to support cases, client consultations, and legal opinions • Analyzing statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal sources to provide informed advice and strategies • Drafting legal documents including complaints, answers, motions, and briefs • Maintaining case files, tracking deadlines, and communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and the court • Assisting senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing witnesses Skills • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in employment litigation • Strong writing and research skills • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen attention to detail • Proficiency in legal research tools and software Company Overview • Blackstone Law is a California based litigation law firm concentrating on plaintiff's labor and employment, business litigation and personal injury.
